Just my luck.I guess you could say it's not a bad thing but if you want a price drop, ask me to buy something that I don't usually buy like, let's see.a microwave oven? So, guess what again? Today when I went, the microwave oven that I bought for $187.99 was $30 off! It's a good thing I make a habit of keeping receipts forever so I could just dig one out at anytime. My neice had her 7th birthday on the weekend and as always she requested that I make her a Barbie cake. Luckily I've made so many of these that it's actually quite a breeze. I've only made the sweet dough. But on the weekend I tried making pizza with the kids. I love this sweet dough recipe. It makes delicious dinner rolls and now I've discovered very tasty thin crust pizza. Here are the results. Half pepperoni and half cheese. Chicken with bbq sauce. Brand new Cuisinart Breadmaker!

A fix for our Costco addiction. Wednesday, May 6, 2009. McDonald's, Move Over. And that's not all! 599 No typing error. It costs more at McDonald's for the equivalent. And Harvey's too! From now on, if I'm not BBQ'ing. Them at home, I'll be getting me some burger Costco's, my favorite burger joint ( OK. That's an overstatement because everyone knows. That Johnny's is the best). In case you're wondering, the burger was really yummy and so big that I was only able to eat two-thirds of it.
