The View From Here. Sending your sick kids to school/daycare. Just don’t do it. October 9, 2014. A recent conversation online went like this:. 8211; I sent my kid with a contagious virus back to daycare after a day because our pediatrician said it would be ok. 8211; huh. The CDC says that illness is contagious for at least several days up to a few weeks. 8211; What am I supposed to do? 8211; Well, yes, generally it’s good to keep people who you know have a contagious illness home. NOW, besides all the ot...

Week 25 | The Family School
https://thefamilyschool.wordpress.com/2015/02/15/week-25
Our family's adventures in homeschooling. About The Family School. Stuff We’ve Used. February 15, 2015. Nothing stands out about this week, in particular. Genna continues to work on letter recognition, reading, and writing. I think we’ll do another reading review next week. We both like our new schedule much better, where we’re doing fewer things per day and spending a longer amount of time on each. Genna loves math and asks for it daily.🙂. Filed under This Week. November is a month… | The View From Here
https://theviewfromhere.wordpress.com/2013/11/10/november-is-a-month
The View From Here. When the day takes all of you. November is a month…. November 10, 2013. Saw a FB “thing” today that said “November is the month when everyone who’s spent the last 11 months complaining on FB suddenly starts saying what they’re thankful for.”. Here’s my take on that. So I’m not doing it this month. But here’s some things I’m thankful for:. Selfless heroic awesome human beings like Tiff and Steph. Awesome doctors who sometimes frustrate me, but who always have our best interests at heart.
