It was wonderful to spend time with them again. Thompson loves his Uncles and T-Lo. My dad came down in January and we celebrated with him. Concert at a fellow church member’s home (Thanks Auntie for babysitting). It was fantastic and we bought the CD! We listened to Grace upon Grace the entire way back from Sylvester. In February, Pops came down to take the boys to the circus and babysat so William and I to go out to dinner for valentine's day! We had a fun night at Capital Grill. William earned a gift certificate and our families sent us a "little" V-day money to go out! The meal was great but the company was better as my 85 year old grandfather would say. Ashley H. Monk.

Daddy just got home and headed out on an 18mile run. He is training for the Marine Corps Marathon. Wednesday, Firemen were doing a drill in our neighborhood and Thompson was thrilled. After Thomas and Jessie's wedding, we stayed in Charleston by ourselves to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. We spent the first week in Destin at my Granddad condo. It was still really cold but that didn't stop Thompson from jumping in the water. My parent's hosted a Sip and See for their friends to meet Jonathan and see Thompson! I was so touched by everyone coming and it was fun to catch up with old and new friends. William was on Navy duty so he couldn't join us but we had a blast! Mimi and Hoppop drove down and spent the day with us on Friday!
