I have mostly recovered from my horrendous holiday diet which consisted of peanuts, bacon and beer with a side of barbequed animal. All the sand is gone from my hair. Write, Run, Sip…. My First Batch of Pho! June 1, 2013. I made my own pho (pronounced ‘fuh’) for the first time last night, and it was awesome! I used shrimp as the meat. For those of you who have never tried pho, it is a Vietnamise soup made with chicken broth, veggies, noodles, and meat (usually you choose between beef, chicken, or shrimp). I love shrimp pho and found out last night that it’s actually pretty easy to make! And now I know what bok choy is! Well, at least I know what it looks like). 🙂.
