A little log into the trials and tribulations of making stuff - mostly art stuff. Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Been experimenting with jellyfish with the encaustic because it has such a nice translucent quality about it. Still trying to get the tentacle area right. It's been hard to make it stand out enough and look right, but not too much like a craft project gone awry with streamers and whatnot. Here's a little landscape after a scene in a movie I was watching. It's St. Petersburg in Russia.

Ok that’s impossible because the tolls are over 15 either way. But the money you could be spending on fuel isn’t… or at least it won’t be soon.
