Take the Garden Street Exit and the end of the off ramp make a left hand turn onto Garden Street. Continue down Garden Street until it dead-ends on Cabrillo Blvd. Make a right turn onto Cabrillo Blvd. Follow Cabrillo Blvd. and you’ll notice the beach and harbor to your left.
