We have had a couple other things going on these last couple of months as well. First, my credit card numbers were stolen online. A man in New York used my card for a hotel and tried to buy a smart phone. Luckily I caught it in time, and we got all our money back, but it was pretty crazy. I love this picture. And those first pictures with the boxes are of Nixon and Liv. TJay made them robot costumes with some of our boxes. They were so cute and had such a good time in them. Let us always remember to count our bleesings. April 29, 2011. Our family enjoyed our first Pine Wood Derby last night. Carter, with the help of his dad and Gandpa Johnson made this incedible Batmobile. Carter was so proud of it and Dad was too! The race was so organized and perfect. Nelia didn't do her easter egg hunt at her house this year because of her foot surgeries. So, we had a little one at our house. We also went to bear world, nothing too crazy happened there, but it was a fun family outing. We also had a fun get together with the Brizzee's at Gabe and Amy house. It was a lot of fun. Our new Kitty, Moo.

Let us always remember to count our bleesings. May 19, 2010. I am so proud of my baby boy! Along with his diploma Derrick won an award of Excellence for being the "most serious". It totally fits him. Derrick has graduated preschool and is ready for kindergarten. We love his preschool. They are also our day care. They had a big bbq and bounce houses and the kids did a little singing for the parents. It was so fun. Soccer is fun but oh so cold for the spectators. I can't say enough about Carter's coach....

Monday, March 29, 2010. The treatment is actually going to be 6 hours today so we should be finished up by 3:30 pm. He is getting lots of fluids, 3 nausea medications and 3 chemo medications today. All the nursing staff is really nice and we have our schedule printed out for when what drug is given and what each day this week and the rest of the cycle will be like. No problems at all in our neighborhood, but I-285 at our house was shut down this morning because it wasn't an interstate it was a RIVER! Tuesday, August 24, 2010. 6 months after diagnosis, 9 weeks of chemo, 7 weeks after RPLND. Surgery and 4 total surgeries behind us we are finally able to say the procedures. Are over and we are beginning to move forward. Had is port removed yesterday morning, this was the last of the 4 surgeries he had to endure during the past 6 months, and it was the most minor.
