Five DEACONS, one of whom is Steve, Andy’s neighbor, sit in a circle in the church. When Andy walks in to join them, they immediately halt their discussion. They all stare at Andy. You guys look serious. You must be talking about the fires. We may have to come up with an alternative location for Sunday’s services and Mike and Isa’s wedding. We’ll take care of that. Per his routine, he gets up, turns on the coffee pot, the television news, and does his push-ups. NEWS ANCHOR (V.O.). The winds have pushed the fires in new directions, seriously threatening the communities of Yorba Linda, Temescal Canyon and Corona. Andy stops and goes to the TV set. He gets a box.
