A lot of people say to me, "Oh, you're learning the banjo? I love bluegrass music! So here's the thing. I love bluegrass music too. But I'm not learning to play bluegrass, I'm learning Old Time music and that's mostly what I listen to. What's the difference? Of what Old Time music is and how it is distinct from bluegrass.
