We stopped at the watchtower before leaving the park so Liz and I could see it. We decided the Grand Canyon was cool but we liked other parks better. On the road we stopped at a roadside deli and Liz and Laura got some food. I bought some beef jerky and had a chicken chimi at the deli. Posted in Mesa Verde. Posted in Grand Canyon.

We were supposed to stop at a hot springs on the way but my GPS led us astray so we decided to stop at a different one closer to Aspen. It was a pretty easy ride to the airport and we got there with no problem. We found our gate and I took some time finding a good Denver pin. We tried to download The Vow to watch while on the plane but it didn’t download fast enough :(. Day 21 – Driving to Denver. We were sad to see Salsa go, but it was freeing to be without a car!
