Also, with Megan due on the 17th August she has 3 weeks to go before her due date from tomorrow. Some of you may be thinking, why did Stephen not know that Megan was born 3 weeks ago today without Lisa telling him. The Blog With No Name . What's in a name? Wednesday, June 08, 2005. Last night was the first of four Parentcraft classes that Lisa and I are attending before the big day. The topic of the night was the run up to labour and the labour itself. Absolutely fascinating! I had no idea that the first stage of labour could and probably would take about 7 - 10 hours and then there's another 2 hours of pushing, grunting and sweating before the baby's finally born. Plugs and plug sockets - make them any shape you like. Electrical wiring - the more colours the better. Bricks - what's wrong with round ones? Train tracks - any distance apart you want. A pound isn't an awful lot of weight to most of us and to the dieting community among us it would be a fairly dissappointing loss in a week, but we can't forget that 1 lb is a quarter of Megan's birth weight.
