To wrap up Youth Sunday, we had a cookout at Mike and Mary's. It started out with duct tape! Anna just hanging around. Fred, our cook! The burgers were so yummy! Lemon juice chugging competition! What does a youth leader do when he has a bunch of boys over? Why, he makes them move rocks, large rocks! Why did he need a helmet? They REALLY love him!

We saw ice along the road, but the roads were clear. We saw a cross on a mountaintop! We saw Noah's Ark (Not AIG's). I love the way these trees caught the sunlight. The Sunset (behind us) made the hills glow! The kids said it looked like these hills were on fire! A beautiful pass cut through the mountains.

The honest outpouring of my heart as I live life as a wife, mom and friend in a broken world in need of a Savior. Sunday, November 25, 2012. This week we started a major clean out here. We emptied all 3 kids' rooms and purged toys. We had 6-7 bags of trash and 5 giant trash bags of toys to get rid of! Then we made a trip to Home Depot for paint. Thanks to our wonderful friends, Fred and Rochelle, we got all 3 rooms patched and painted in 2 days. Part of the loft. Tomorrow we are tackling the living room.
