Friday, February 08, 2008. As you may already know - green and doors are two of my favorite things. Walking around the palace there was a bounty of both. This was all terribly exciting for me. I wandered around this old place and smirked at the thought of royalty so long ago, for so long, being the only ones who saw the insides of those walls and rooms. I thought of how strange it was to see so many tourists now walking in the same place, cameras in hand, children running around, people on cell phones.
