I have already reached a comfort level in my life that I do not see the need to put in effort to be fit like I was once before. The only person who can change me is MYSELF. SEEkING SAkNITY
Thursday, June 26, 2014. It's A Little Bit Scary. So I'm trying to decide whether to retire or not. My employer has been very generous in granting me a leave of absence to clear my brain and make the decision. As I get older, it's apparent to me that I need to take advantage of the time I have, while I still enjoy good health. Meanwhile, I hope to travel and share more experiences with The Husband.
