Though it is painful and I might give up a branch or two, it will be worth it because beauty will be revealed from behind and beneath these thorns. Sunday, September 9, 2007. For the last few days, I've been hearing a simple song over and over in my head. Thank you God for saving my soul. Thank you God for making me whole. Thank you God for giving to me. Thy great salvation so rich and free. It doesn't have a lot of punch, especially if you're under 30. It's a song from an older generation.
