Boycotting Jetstar - between the lines

Gonna do a mass post over what happened the last few weeks - just so that I have something to look back to in future. After we were told by TWO Jetstar staff that we would be getting the vouchers! Plus, we had cancelled all our accommodation in Bangkok, brought forward our Chiangmai to Bangkok flight (& we had to spend money to change the flight dates), and changed our insurance!
