Mercoledì 26 novembre 2014. Avevo fatto domanda due mesi fà. Ma al momento non c era posto. Poi esattamente dodici giorni fà.una telefonata , ,una mattina. Il posto.ora in quel momento.c era. Cosìla mia casa e le mie giornate si sono trasformate in un cantiere di cucito.con ritmi forzati. Ansia da prestazione del come faccio.e cosa faccio. Ci siamo arrivate.ci siamo quasi. Lo sò benissimo che in questa sezione ci sono mille torte al cioccolato,ma perchè non proporne altre,quindi questa è la mia! 3 cucchiai di cacao amaro. 2 buste di lievito per dolci. 1 cucchiaio di burro fuso(circa 30gr). Iniziamo a lavorare per qualche minuto le uova,. Poi aggiungiamo lo zucchero,. E lasciamo lavorare il robot o andiamo di frusta per 5 minuti,dovrà risultare bello cremoso. A questo punto aggiungiamo la farina. E continuiamo a lavorare l'impasto per 10 minuti.

Non per forza c’è amore ma si vuole assaporare qualcosa di nuovo che ci attira.anche solo per un attimo, per poi ricordarlo nei momenti amari e insipidi della vita. Oblio di opinioni e…sensazioni.
