CSS began in 1987 as an outreach ministry of Rosemont Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), with the goal of helping seniors to remain independent for as long as possible, while also providing jobs to members of the community. Our focus has always been to provide personal assistance services to seniors. We currently employ more than 25 part-time employees. Many of the senior care services we provide are to relieve family members who are burdened with constant care of a loved one. Often we can help postpone the need to move into a nursing home or assisted living environment. Transportation assistance only is billed at slightly higher rates, from pickup-to-drop-off at home. Mileage costs apply if the Home Helper's vehicle is used. Rates will be quoted after specific assignment is determined. We can help you locate health care or nursing services.
