We want more retired senior horses to experience this. Do you too? My first horse, Chaco, the day I picked him up at 26 years old. Chaco six years later at age 32. My second horse, Thunder, when he first arrived. Notice the distant eyes. Thunder a few years later. Notice the engagement in his eyes. We would like to have internship/volunteer opportunities for people in the community to get hands on experience rehabbing senior horses in a holistic environment that honors their nature.
