She's the first baby in her family - I hope she gets a much nicer cake than my oldest did! She could not have been more darling, as you can see. Friday, November 7, 2014. I was asked if I'd like to help with a fundraiser for the Volcano Vista High School marching band. Yes! I certainly would. What a fun experience for me - I got to meet some really great high school kids, enjoyed the cool uniforms, and I loved the instruments. Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Senior portraits with horses! And at the Los Poblanos Inn! Sometimes the coolest things happen. This senior session was amazing on so many levels - first of all, I met this great guy a few years ago when I did senior portraits for his brother. He's a senior and one of those guys with a plan and a personality and everything, I love it. It was such a pleasure to get to spend a couple of days hanging around with him. Why a couple of days? The people at the Stables were so nice!

Tuesday, May 19, 2015. My last 2015 senior session. And I love how it turned out. We went to the Botanic Gardens and it was perfect because he's a country kind of guy. Someday my son is going to do senior portraits for me just like this, not because he really wants pictures of himself, but because he loves me.
