The story of a family surviving and thriving with ADHD. I am going to take a leap and assume mornings are stressful in your home. They tend to be here. My recommendation, pare it down to the essentials. For us, it goes like this. 1 Take his medicine. 4 Do Baby Yoga. I also STRONGLY recommend doing as much as you can the night before. No matter how tired you are, it will be worse in the morning I promise you. 1 set out their clothes. Will Your Child Take Their Ritalin? SensoryMama and ADHDGem Have Moved.

The story of a family surviving and thriving with ADHD. Update on Goal: No Yelling or Threatening. I went all morning calm as a cucumber! Here is how: my iPhone. When we all arrived at school calmly, Jack was selected to say the pledge on the morning announcements. I was so proud of my Bearby and Wombat. Jack gave a stellar performance. Paloma behaved pretty darn well in that recording studio. Calm mom = better day. Yay! Active Parenting Tip of the Week. Don’t Play Doctor with Ritalin. Feb 12, 2011.

The story of a family surviving and thriving with ADHD. This weekend our nature adventure brought us to the zoo at Paloma’s request. We learned half way through our visit that the rides were free Saturday so it became an amusement park trip. Everyone had fun. D her groundhog checking out the bald eagles in the Florida section of the zoo. Jabie and Paloma on a camel in the Africa section. Paloma and Jabie on the tiger ride in Australia? Huh- the Asian section must not have had space. Feb 16, 2011. Sensiti...
