I have had to put my reading up on SST (super string theory) on hold as, of late, I am only able to process one book at a time; so I have been concentrating on brain function. Yes, it was supposed to be last Sunday, but the family was ill, so I had to put it off until this one. The child I will be mentoring and doing projects with ALSO has AS (recently diagnosed) and also has relatives that do not “believe in AS”. Yeah, and we didn’t go to the moon either. *sigh*. Ok Ok I’m Up already…. →. December 4, 2011 · 22:43. A young member of my meeting recently ran over to me just before it was time to leave and gave me a big (although not long) hug. I was so surprised, but not upset. The next meeting, she did the same and I discussed it with her parents. They were as baffled as I was because they knew she had to be reminded to hug her Grampa and Grandma, etc. This was totally out of character for her. She definitely has Asperger’s also.
