Saturday, September 12, 2009. For dinner, we knew we wanted to eat at King Sitric. Mostly because we saw it on Anthony Bourdain. That meant a trip out to Howth. Lonely Planet describes Howth as a place that used to be it's own village but now is really a suburb. Well, if this is what an Irish suburb is like, it doesn't seem all that bad. Saturday, September 5, 2009. We rode back into town for dinner, ending up at the Aran Islands Hotel. Ben had lamb and I had a bony piece of pollack. The waiter forgot our Guinesses, so he comped them on the bill. Day 5: Seven Churches. Friday, September 4, 2009. Dinner was fish and chips at a rather indifferent pub (I had a hair in my Guinness, ick). It was our first experience with "minted mushy peas."
