Lundi, février 27, 2012. It has been almost 2 years now that I have my not-so new weight :D How time flies! I have the feeling that it is only 6 months ago I started dukan. I have been trying to keep eating the same kind of food. One of the food that stick to my nutrition is the grilled chicken wings. However, recently I wanted to eat meatballs. I did it only once or twice when I did dukan. I'm feeling meatballzy tonight :D. So here it is. This time I add some chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion.

Dimanche, décembre 31, 2006. The photos didn't do the justice. There are a lot more foods that night, but I just caught up with eating and doing dunno what kekekeke. Seafood normally the entrée. That night we had crabs legs, shrimps, oyster, stuffed salmon. And also foie gras, but no picture taken. Forgot huhuhu. Dimanche, décembre 31, 2006. Chez Flo - Excelsior. On the Xmas day, we were invited to have lunch at Excelsior. This is one of restaurants in Nancy with high reputation. The decoration inside the restaurant are from Ecole de Nancy (les Beaux Arts). The appetizer is somewhat cute. In small glass, the top is a light cream, and the bottom is a mix of crab meat, herbs in jelly. Yes, here jelly is used in savoury type of food and not in desserts. Pavé de boeuf avec du foie gras. Gratin de poires fraiches.

Samedi, juin 02, 2012. Yesterday I have a meeting at the head office for newcomers (employees who just joined within past 6 months). It's a potluck meetup. I was thinking to make chocolate brownies, but then I'm thinking to change something. I don't want to bring dessert. Instead I want to bring a salty/savory snack. It was a SUCCESS! On another note, did you see the metal that sticked out on the cake? I have always use steak knife to check on my cakes. But not anymore! 100g grated Gruyere (Swiss cheese).

If you ever see this product at your nearest supermarket, do give it a try! I love grilled chicken / bbq chicken. Yummy yummy. Unfold the plastic bag, alternatively put your chicken pieces (I love chicken wings, so I chose only chicken wings here) But you can use whole chicken, the plastic is big enough for 1 whole chicken.
