Consumer Protection + Legal Rights: Parks over freeways in LA?
http://sfbayconsumerrights.blogspot.com/2007/01/parks-over-freeways-in-la.html
Consumer Protection Legal Rights. California Consumer Rights and Legal Protection. Monday, January 15, 2007. Parks over freeways in LA? Just heard a story on NPR regarding putting parks over the freeways in LA. What a dumb idea. Some of the nicest views in LA are on the freeways. And what about the exhaust in the tunnels? Here is a good idea - try building a real subway and ditching the cars completely. Geesh. Posted by Carolin Shining at 9:01 AM. Los Angeles, California, United States. SF Bay Photo Blog.

The youngest of four children by nine years and the daughter of my mother's third husband, in many ways Nikki. Is someone who people are...

Are we there yet? The ongoing tales of my San Francisco adventure. Or at least slapping it good. Brought to you by PEPSI. Well, not really. you'll see. I'm not a soda drinker and although I sometimes felt cheated as a kid, now I'm thankful for it. Other than the very occasional batch brewed soda. Or root beer float, I just don't care for the stuff. Weird? Some people think so. When I was in college I remember taking a trip to the local Pizzahut. A friend asked, her face puckered with disgust. My friends ...

Are we there yet?: A nasty 7" prick.
http://mjsfbay.blogspot.com/2005/07/nasty-7-prick.html
Are we there yet? The ongoing tales of my San Francisco adventure. A nasty 7" prick. Apparently, hatpins are alive and well here in San Francisco, and I'm not at all comfortable with the realization. No thank you, I'll just have the peanuts. I think that MUNI and BART should seriously consider refusing transport to individuals wearing hatpins. Barring that, maybe I'll start wearing them myself. At least then, I'll have a fighting chance. Posted by Michael at 1:35 PM. San Francisco, CA, United States.
