Fr Martins was blogging from the July, 2009 General Convention in Anaheim, CA. He actually posted the statement he intended to make and his rationale. A video - really more of an audio because you don't see much - of him making the statement is here. This is what he blogged prior to delivering his statement:. The Episcopal House of Bi...

axis of access: Book Shots
http://axisofaccess.blogspot.com/2011/06/book-shots.html
Thursday, June 23, 2011. I realized a week or so ago that I had never photographed the covers and bindings of my handmade books. So, while I still had access to them, I thought I should get that done. Besides my own records, I hope to enter them into some shows as well. Other than the dust that inevitably clings to this sort of fabric, I love the shots with the shallow depth of field. It seems that I have been running into this idea a lot lately in various conversations about answers to prayer and the inspiration of art. Friday, September 24, 2010. Valley City State University Show. Later this morning, I am headed to Valley City ND for an artist reception with several of my UND classmates. Our work is so distinct from one another so I am really curious how it comes together into show. Below is the press release from VCSU. Ziatypes, and Cyanotypes. The Exhibition runs through October 1.
