After the service we went to the school where we feed the children every week. Thanks to those of you who have helped make this possible. Only $100 a month is feeding over a hundred kids once a week! Saving Grace World Missions. Thursday, June 17, 2010. GRADUATION. TANENE STYLE! Today was our last VBS in Tanene. We had a great time and it was sad to think that it was our last day with them. At the end we had a graduation ceremony for the kids that moved up to the next grade. The top five kids of the class received a gift from the teachers. Tomorrow is our last day in Mambia! Saving Grace World Missions. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. It is so nice to be in. Finally. There were some hiccups but everything turned out fine. All the luggage arrived safely! Praise the Lord and thanks for your prayers. We are now at the C&MA guesthouse getting ready for bed. Saving Grace World Missions. Tuesday, June 15, 2010. WORLD CUP. SORTA! Yesterday (Monday), we finished the VBS program in Mambia. The children enjoyed everything, especially when we gave them individual pictures that we had printed of each of them. After that we played a soccer match (called football here). It was “. 8221; against “Mambia”. Lots of people came out and we even had an announcer giving play by play over a loudspeaker. In the end, we lost the game. But we had a great time!
