What's Shakin', Bacon? Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Packing on the pounds of pressure. I thought I was crazy. Literally insane and utterly self-unaware. I have always considered myself to be in good shape even though I am a woman-of-size (funny phrase since we all have sizes, just some bigger than others). Why is riding my bike so hard? While I enjoy my couch time, I am not a sedentary person. (Hello! So why the hell can I not make it up the hill to the bus station? What is wrong with me? We added 50 pounds!
