Preventive Education - A Positive Approach. The Shalom Task Force Bertha Kaufman Education Awareness Program ( BKEAP). Teaches adolescents the art of communication through mastery of positive conflict resolution techniques. Students also learn to identify behavioral predictors of potentially healthy and unhealthy relationships.
