Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Teddy bear shrine update. We' got the domain name, but are struggling with our idea of what this site means, and how people could be effected by it. We want to document this phenomenon, however.of course we don't want to upset anyone by doing so. So.we have resolved to think it over some more. Posted by Georgia at 7:11 AM. Blog for Neighborhood Narratives class! Wednesday, January 25, 2006. I have a lefty notebook, but I'm not left-handed. If my schoolbag was to be examined in May, I can reasonably assume that there would be at least five times the amount of old papers, books and general junkthat lies in it today. But Thursday being the third day of the semester, my posessions are mostly limited to things I actually use. Uninterestingly, I have the syllabuses (or is it syllabi? There's a fork in my bag too, but I can't rem...

Wednesday, February 15, 2006. This was a challenge. I'm not still thinking about it. This week I'm a doer, not a thinker. I love hearing what other people say. It's "fun" for me to listen in to other's conversations. It seems like when you. To, no one is talking anymore. I over heard a couple conversations, one was boring, one was entertaining and annoying at the same time. 1 In class Tuesday in January, I didn't write down the date.maybe the 31st? Okay, are you gonna be there at like- - -4:30? I can't r...

Wednesday, November 19, 2008. I showed someone the picture of the Teddy Bear Shrine, and they asked me if it was put there in memory of someone who left the company. Actually, that cubicle is the exact place where someone sat who in fact.was.laid off back in August. Which made me think, that isn't the worst idea ever. Posted by Georgia at 1:42 PM. Friday, November 14, 2008. Well I saw this. Continued walking. And looked again. A teddy bear shrine at work? Would have immediately concluded. I'm sure th...

The semaphore line, or optical telegraph was a signalling system invented by the Chappe brothers in France.
