Becoming Thin… And Staying That Way. My Life Before, During and After Weight Loss Surgery. I’ve gained weight. The post people dread most. In the last 2 years I went from my lowest of 136 pounds (after having reconstructive surgery… more on that at a later date), to my current weight of 165.8. Starting today, I pledge to do 3 things to help attain my goal of being 138 pounds:. I will walk 10,000 steps EVERY DAY this week. I will workout at the gym two 1-hour sessions this week. 252 / 136 / 165.8 / 138.
