Saturday, June 27, 2015. At a Glance {06/27/15}. It is H-O-T outside! With temps in the 100s all weekend long, the kids just wanted to go out and play in the sprinklers. Embellished with black ribbon. It warms up my game table in the hallway that connects to Doug's office. I love these scenes in G45 papers. These are masculine and it is hard to find nice masculine papers. I put them on wood, ribbon wrapped them, inked them up a bit for a more vintage look and added them to my modern decor. Amazing altered pretties that speak to the inner soul. Sunday, October 11, 2009. This is a paper mache pumpkin that I altered and painted using acrylic paints. I used some of my favorite fall stamps dipping them lightly in paint rather than ink pads to embellish and add texture to the pumpkin.
