Restoring and modernizing a mid-century modern home. December 4, 2013. How I’m Doing With My To-Do List. A little while back, I posted a to-do list. Here’s how it’s going so far. New items are at the bottom in bold. Clean junk off the kitchen counter. Clean and seal the granite countertop. I still need to clean and seal the countertop, but I cleared everything off of it. It looks good! I’ll post pics soon. Clean leaves out of the fish pond and filter (if it’s not too wet out). Move clothes into closet.

I haven’t posted much because between working full time and dealing with less-than-fun issues around the house, not much has gotten done in the way of actual progress. However, the last few days have been great in making the house look like a home! First, we finally finished putting all the bedroom furniture together. Yay!
