Short Changed: Rory Kinnear in 'THE THREEPENNY OPERA' at the National Theatre, Olivier. Tuesday, 31 May 2016. When this new season at the National was first announced, I was most excited to see a revisal of The Threepenny Opera. Coming to the stage, reworked by Curious Incidents. Simon Stephens and starring Rory Kinnear. Ive never been a massive fan of the show itself, but I knew that if Stephens was at the helm of this Brechtian classic then the show was going to be in good shape. Friday, 27 May 2016.

ITV's THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE and the history of the classic R&H musical. Monday, 21 December 2015. Americas TV network NBC were, until recently, the only television network that broadcasted live performances of family favourite musicals. With The Sound of Music in 2013 and Peter Pan in 2014 both falling short and proving to the world that maybe the concept isnt a good idea, it was up to The Wiz earlier this month to show the World that it is indeed an okay idea and land well it did. NBC's THE WIZ LIVE!

Fashion, Beauty and Theatre Blogger. Sunday, 1 January 2017. My 2016 in Theatre LittleEllieMae. Last year I posted my 2015 in theatre and with my ever-growing passion, it seemed only right to continue this year. Alongside the stress of applying to university, of course I kept up my passion of attending as much theatre as I can. This year I hit a personal record of seeing 42 different theatre productions and attending the theatre over 53 times. (That's nearly once a week! By making so many trips to London...

Beyond Extraordinary: PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS at Wyndham's - Shaun's Musical Musings
http://www.shaunsmusicalmusings.com/2016/04/beyond-extraordinary-people-places.html
Beyond Extraordinary: PEOPLE, PLACES and THINGS at Wyndham's. Sunday, 3 April 2016. I originally wanted to catch People, Places and Things when it had its initial run at the National Theatre Dorfman but due to tickets selling out very quickly and time wasting away from me, I missed out. When the West End transfer was announced, I was delighted; there is something about this psychodrama that intrigued me so much more than anything else that had come before it. Was perfect. Performing that role must be...

Review: LAZARUS at the King's Cross Theatre. Sunday, 20 November 2016. I got the hype for Lazarus. 160;when it premiered almost a year ago at the New York Theatre Workshop, but I didnt delve too far into what it was about as I wanted to keep the surprise alive. Now, the show has made its way into its own personal temporary theatre in the Kings Cross Theatre complex in London and for better or for worse, its drawing David Bowie fans in by the coach load. Preview Review: DREAMGIRLS at the Savoy Theatre.
