Tuesday, August 30, 2011. I was all nervous, which is silly really, that Josie would be crying like crazy when I handed her over to get baptized. She’s almost 1…she’s at that age that the separation starts, y’know? 160; Even if I’m standing right there. Once I leave, she’s all fine and good. . I’m a procrastinator. I waited until Friday to go look for a dress for Josie to wear. I had 2 giftcards left from our wedding (7 years ago! And she looked like an angel :). Rev Jim Welch baptized Josie....

Sunday, June 17, 2012. Summer fun in June. They like to ride their bikes too, but that has slowed down a little since it's so hot. Anna was taking pictures and Emma was showing her the inside of her eyes. They make me smile! Anton's friends came over last weekend to get some camping supplies ready for our trip. Anna wanted to hang out with them. Last Sunday our church had a Father-Daughter sock hop. They had lots of fun! And ate ring pops. Anna lost her 1st tooth Wednesday night! Friday, June 15, 2012.

Sunday, March 25, 2012. This is sad to admit, but we haven’t even made folders of pictures for ANY of 2012. Oh dear. . I said I was done with October, but I lied. I never posted any pics of Vegas. This Vegas trip was flippin’ amazing because I got to see GARTH BROOKS upclose and personal. We were in the second row! 160; He’s seriously a fab performer. I’d love to go again. If you’re a fan of his, get there. You’d love every single second! My fav place to eat…Serendipity! 160; How insane is that?

Friday, May 20, 2011. A Minnie Mouse Birthday Party. The major thing Abby wanted for her birthday was to have it at the “jumping place.” That’s what she calls it. Sunday, April 22, 2012. Choir Practice, School Birthday and Gardening. The children's choir at church is doing a musical next weekend, and Anna has had a few extra practices to get ready. Tony took her last weekend and took some pictures. There's about twice this many kids in the choir. I guess it helps me to remember the extra weekend practices since 4 of my good friends help run it. I love Joanna's face. I think she's going to be a star someday, especially if she ends up with a voice like her mama!

Saturday, November 10, 2012. The Rest of September. We went to Huntsville State Park one day at the end of September, and we took Anna for a little horse ride when we first got there. Then Tony and I took turns mountain biking. The girls were happy to hang out in the little nature center while we were biking. They have a table with lots of goodies they can touch. They put some antlers on their heads. Anna wanted a picture by the baby alligator. And some "best dad EVER" pics. Oh I'm so blessed!
