全国电磁兼容标准化技术委员会换届会议 三届一次 ,低频现象分技术委员会(A分会一届四次) 及大功率暂态分技术委员会 C分会一届三次 于2011年12月1-4日在三亚召开,国家标准委王莉处长及委员代表参加了会议,国网电力科学研究院邬雄作了2010-2011年全国电磁兼容标准化技术委员会工作总结, 国网电力科学研究院万保全和张建功分别介绍了A分会和C分会的工作情况，上海市计量测试技术研究院龚增代表高频现象分技术委员会 B分会 秘书处介绍了B分会工作情况以及IECSC77B国际会议情况。 会议审查了 电磁兼容 环境 公用中压供电系统低频传导骚扰及信号传输的兼容水平 等7项国家标准。
