I’d never even heard of it before but the description listed chorizo, potatoes, and kale so I had to try it. It was delicious! Spicy and all-around flavorful. I couldn’t stop thinking about it but I couldn’t find a recipe that was how I remember the soup. I decided to recreate it. Bring the pot to a boil then pull the heat back and simmer the soup until the potatoes are tender....

This is a thin slice of Spanish blue cheese on toast, topped with fig jam. The blue cheese was amazing. It had a rich, smoky flavor. An amateur blog by an amateur foodie. Holy crap I was a total spaz in the kitchen tonight! I was making Garlic-Rosemary steak and a Lima bean salad with herbs and red wine vinaigrette. So I started soaking the Lima beans last night because you’re supposed to. I also started the rosemary infused olive oil (you put the olive oil and rosemary in a sauce pan and heat it to 140 degrees then let it sit, I refrigerated overnight). Okay The green beans?
