It's only the name that's stupid". The Shetland Attack Pony is the first combined electronic compass and clino designed specifically for use underground. Field trials have shown that it will give a loop closure of better than 1%, slightly better than that provided by standard instruments. Accurate to 1 degree. No need to hold level for compass reading. 5mW Laser Pointer (safe and easily visible). Clear illuminated LED display. 6 hours continuous use. Laser and LED intensity adjustable with PC software.

I also work as a GP (family physician), so I have limited time to work on this project. How much memory does it have for storing results? It can hold 2000 legs in normal recording mode, and 1000 in high resolution. If you are storing the raw sensor data, then there is room for 166 legs. I don't live in the UK, will it cost extra for international shipping?
