Things I have Learnt about Running in 2016. Date: December 4, 2016. So here’s what I have learnt this year about running:. If something is working for you, don’t change it. We’re only human and at some point every runner will have something go wrong for them in a race. Even if your race falls apart, don’t ever take the easy option and quit. Targets that scare you a little bit and sometimes you don’t meet are ok. And then we started three back to back blocks of training which focused on endurance for SDW1...

Post-Race – It Ended in a Restaurant in San Pedro. Date: October 11, 2016. We had a very early airport pick-up at 5am the following morning, so quickly packed the few things we hadn’t thrown away at the finish, and then spent our remaining time in San Pedro eating and drinking.
