Bringing Feven and Natnael Home. No Longer Playing It Safe…Part 3 (The Transitional House). After meeting our kids on Monday morning we had our first opportunity to spend time at the Thomas Center which is our agencies transitional house. Children who are matched for adoption (or in some special cases before) move to the Thomas Center from the orphanage to be prepared for adoption and cared for until their parents come. My children showed me their rooms and introduced me to their friends. August 17, 2010.
