The Kreative Life: Hello August!
http://thekreativelife.blogspot.com/2015/08/hello-august.html
Saturday, August 1, 2015. I've somehow managed to survive the chaotic months of June and July, and I look forward to the more structured schedule that August brings with it. Even if it does mean "back to school" for the kids. I live with this crazy cycle of order and chaos every year. Right now I'm looking forward to this next little loop in the cycle. For me, it means productivity and creativity. And it's time to start gearing up to get back in my groove. Does anyone else feel the same way? Six kisses w...

The Kreative Life: A Calgon Day
http://thekreativelife.blogspot.com/2015/08/a-calgon-day.html
Monday, August 3, 2015. Today has been a bit challenging for me, as a parent. It started off with early morning dentist appointments, a trip to Wal-Mart for a few last minute school supplies, and then to a little shop to get a Wii game re-surfaced. And that's when things got really interesting. So, when we got home . . . Eli got to spend some time in his room and we had a nice "heart to heart" talk about his behavior. He also got to write sentences. "I will not throw a fit." Fifty...And contrary to what ...

Marsha's Garden Blog: June 2012
http://marshasgardenblog.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Welcome To My Garden Blog…. Working in the garden, looking and admiring nature, watching how organisms interact all feed my inner being. Getting my hands into the soil connects me with the earth. This is probably why I am so drawn to work in clay (porcelain and other earth clays). Here in my Mid-Atlantic, US garden, which is considered Hardiness Zone 7A by the USDA, Spring is here and will soon be coming to a close. Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Rainy Day Garden and Tea. My 365 days of Reality: August 2010
http://my365daysofreality.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 30, 2010. This dress belonged to her grandmother (me) and her mom and aunt also wore it. It was originally a gift from my Godmother right after my baptism. My mom has saved it for many years. I didn't take my time setting my camera up because photo shoots with this little one go really fast. Unfortunately my settings were ISO 1250 f22. Not ideal settings for studio work. More in my flickr. Links to this post. Sunday, August 29, 2010. D-244 Another Studio Session. Links to this post. I'm ju...

My 365 days of Reality: December 2010
http://my365daysofreality.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 31, 2010. D-364 Happy New Year's Eve. As we approach the end of this photographic year. . . . We must decide which paths to take. No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path. Similar to Nikhils post the other day, which path will you take? Will you stay on the one you know, the one where everything is lit and you know the well worn path or will you venture into the path that is new and you know nothing about. Me? Step by step in layman's term...
