The countryside around is mostly woodland, open pasture and moorland, and the grounds of Arlington Court. Close by are managed to encourage wildlife. There are a number of foxes about, though you will be lucky to spot a rural fox. Shirwell Methodist Chapel Centenary. B&Bs, Holiday Cottages, Camping. The special service on Saturday the 6th September 2003, led by Rev. Pamela Le Poidevin. Was absolutely packed: the hall was full, and many people heard the service from outside. Luckily the weather was fine, though it could have been warmer. Afterwards everyone retired to the Village Hall for a Shirwell Tea, and to see a display celebrating 100 years of witness. If you click on these photos, you can see a larger version.

Friday, March 11, 2011. TGI fridays Zoe birthday. March 9.is my beloved sister Zoe's birthday. This year we had been celebrating her birthday at TGI fridays. It was great.we get a free ice cream little brownie but with term and condition. The birthday girl MUST sing a song, dance either make 5 animals sounds with action.
