Wednesday, April 29. 515a-eggs, chicken sausage, Brussels sprouts, toast, coffee w/ CM. 1230p-pork roast, yam, LB. 6-pork rinds w/ guac, SB&J toast, decaf w/ CM. 8 hours in bed, 9p-5a, 62% quality. Woke often: 11p when hubs came home; 2a h/s/g but fell back easily; 330a but fell back easily; dozed 430a onward. Got up feeling okay. I just discovered my CPR and my group fitness certifications expire this summer. Crapsticks, do I let them expire? Do I take on the cost myself? Do I ask NSS? Tuesday, April 28.

Monday, June 29. With allathat, quality was probably like 60%. UGH. Body a bit achey, feet and lower legs. Left ham was tight all through class. Shoulder still crankier than I'd like. Downhills. For my lunch run, and felt NOTHING in the left ham, whew! PT with James, found some new stretches to open up the shoulder/rib area. Wish I could bring the hubs along to learn how to pretzel me around and get those stretches. NSS Team Training. Fetch. Hubs time. Miles 68.5-85 are going to be me. Sunday, June 28.

Thursday, July 30. Smoked almonds de amazeballs. 8 hours in bed, 930p-530a, 84% quality. Solid as shit, but again the alarm woke me and it didn't feel like quite enough. Am I still catching up from Tahoe, 1.5 weeks later? Deer walking through the backyard, and watching them with Hank and Oscar. NSS and no jury duty! A genius end-of-day idea from CJ to fetch Caribou for everyone in the morning. Quiet house. Fetch. Pizza! I spent so many years being so very goal-driven, achieving cool things left and right...

Sunday, August 9. 7 hours in bed, 11p-6a, 71% quality. In late due to fancypants supper. Complete energy tank mid-afternoon, once again napped 2 hours. Shoulder remained frustratingly crank all day. Thursday, August 6. Somehow I managed to bring zero Larabars today. UUUGGGHHHH. Luckily, sweet Holea gave back the treat I'd brought her, a CB cup, so I survived. BARELY. As I ran hills, I was highly distracted by how hungry I was! Made sure to load up at supper. Lots of recovery needed, yo. Olive oil potato chips. 8 hours in bed, 930p-530a, 79% quality. Woke to loud active dogs at like 1a for whatever stupid reason, but fell back easily. Weird dreams in the early AM again. Shot right past 23 to 24!

Saturday, May 30. For the first time EVER, I didn't finish my Trav's breakfast! Couldn't get all the potatoes down, as I was eating second breakfast only about 3 hours after first breakfast, and after only doing W2R. I am very disappointed; I wonder if Trav's will hold it against me. For bonus fun: supper out with the hubs to celebrate our anniversary on Monday. Wednesday, August 5. Struggling to get enough calories in again. I ate so much at lunch that I felt painfully stuffed (pork chop, 2 toast, buncha strawberries, CB cup), but was hungry again in only 3 hours. Somehow, despite my huge reliance on fat calories (yesterday I plugged a basic day into a calculator, and I was 49% fat calories! Maybe I NEED the snack calories? The best calculator literally tells me 3000 calories. Sheesh. Which is pretty damn excellent. This new life combined with extra running has...

Monday, August 3. Got some acne stacking up from the iffy weekend. Le sigh. Super dee duper smoked almonds. 825 hours in bed, 915p-530a, 79% quality. Took a while to fall asleep; woke at 2a but fell back; woke at 4a and dozed in/out until I gave up. Cats were a little obnoxious. Got up a bit tired, which sucks, as I had SUCH a great streak going!
