I’m not really a morning person, but doing the food run gives me a real buzz. What’s so special is the welcome you get from groups as you deliver the food. Mark, Volunteer Driver. I’m an individual and want to get involved. At the heart of The Shrewsbury Food Hub are our volunteers. They carry out a range of vital activities including collecting, sorting and distributing our food donations. Do you have an hour and half spare each week to help with our deliveries? Or find out more about our funding needs.

The Shrewsbury Food Hub is an umbrella group for charities and projects in Shrewsbury/Shropshire who can benefit from donations of surplus food from local companies. We aim to cut down Shropshire's food waste and help conserve our planet's natural resources. So we can get more food to more local groups?
