Owl Book Reviews: Something Quite Peculiar
http://sicebooks.blogspot.com/2015/01/something-quite-peculiar.html
Sunday, January 18, 2015. In the early 90s I spent much of my time going to see bands like The Church, Hunters and Collectors and Crowded House. It was a very music-filled time of my life and I was even in a band for a moment myself! My rating: * *. Labels: Something Quite Peculiar * *. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I love to read, sleep, watch TV and films, eat out, take photos of buildings, landscapes, colour and lights, and go on adventures with my husband and teenage son. . My film review blog.

Thursday, May 13, 2010. My first mother's day was spread over a number of days to make sure we didn't exhaust ourselves (I learnt that lesson from seeing my sister-in-law traipse around the countryside with a 6 week old last year! Both of my nannas passed away before I was born, therefore I unfortunately never really experienced that special relationship. That's what makes it all the more special for me to see Lily getting hugs and kisses from her nanna and creating a strong bond. That then left the actu...

http://sicebooks.blogspot.com/2014/09/the-greatest-lover-ever.html
Monday, September 8, 2014. The Greatest Lover Ever. I was convinced this book was going to be a load of saucy rubbish, but actually, it was quite good! This book was such a pleasant surprise with its well-developed characters, romantic setting and the author's impressive vocabulary. I thoroughly enjoyed it! My rating * *.
