We left Calvi and set off to do a bit of exploring. First we went to the west coast to see a chapel called Notre Dame della Serra which turned out to be closed but was set up on top of a cliff overlooking a spectacular view of Calvi and the bay. Wednesday, November 20, 2013. This is Annie.   When she first came to us as a rescue she was in pretty rough shape. To the vet and lots of love later she was able to be her lovely self. Sadly, after too few years we lost Annie recently. To honour her I sewed this little paper pieced quilt (finished size 10”x12”) to hang on the wall of my sewing room.    Annie was always a wonderful companion there and is sorely missed.
