A cross between Ashtanga and Iyengar, where we'll center ourselves, and make ourselves present in the room, followed by flowing through sun salutations, connecting breath with movement. Tuesday, May 5, 2015. 從1km的喘.到3km的喘.到5km的喘.到10km的喘. 所以現在的我已經跑了3個medal.其中一個medal我稱它為很有誠意的medal (含義：有quality的medal). Green Corridor Run (10km). 因為第一次跑run,根本沒有注意幾點開跑. 没有吃早餐.结果靠着一包豆奶跑完10km.（還沒開跑就餓到半條命了）結果flag off time 10am,在暴曬中完成崎嶇不平的route. 這簡直是一個跑玩耍的run.因為一路上有很多奇怪的娛樂. 比如說跑到一半有booth拍照.有肥皂泡沫玩.還有跑在沙灘上.所以這5km比平常我自己跑5km花的时间多很多很多.
