Die wieder entdeckte Rindfleisch-Reifung bei dem die Stücke atmen können und konstant gut gekühlt (1-2 Grad) sind, sorgt dafür, dass die marmorierten Edelfleischteile das Herz des Steak-Liebhabers höher schlagen lassen. Für unser "normales" Signature Steak (mit Knochen) berechnen wir 3,30 Euro für je 100 g inklusiv MwSt. Für unser Signature Steak (Roastbeef - ohne Knochen) berechnen wir 4,60 Euro für je 100 g inklusiv MwSt.
