Söndag 16 juni 2013. Bästa tårtan till stora fester. Jag gör 2 bottnar stora som bakplåten och dubbel sats av krämen som läggs mellan och ovanpå. För ett mindre kalas kan man dela en bakplåtsbotten. 4 uppvispade äggvitor (så de blir riktigt vitt skum) blandas försiktigt med 500 gr riven mandelmassa. Smörj ett bakplåtspapper så att bottnarna säkert lossnar. Grädda botten i 175 grader ca 15-20 min. Krämen består av 4 äggulor, 1 dl vispgrädde, 1 dl socker - sjud försiktigt till krämen tjocknar. Torsdag 30. april 2009. Vi har lest om norrøn literatur, og når den stammer fra, og hvordan den ble til. Fant også en veldig god bok der det sto om særpreg ved norrøn diktning. Vi har også funnet flere norrøne tekster(konkesagaer), men for tiden jobber vi med å finne ut hvilkne tekster vi kan bruke, og definere ættesaga og trymskvad.
