Marathon Quilter: November 2005
http://cherzoe.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Writing about being a creative quilter and other musings. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. I made myself walk into the fabric room and pulled the only possible blue flannel that would work-hearts.but then, I could not bring myself to use it on Cody's quilt. Instead I am going to use up both the print leftovers and two of the blues I used. More work to stitch these secti0ns together, but, much more satisfying to use up more of that fabric and better suited to the front. Ok, off to dream about the white stuff.

life, quilts and a cat too: February 2015
http://catsnqlts2.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Life, quilts and a cat too. Add a dog into the mix and see what happens! Feb 25, 2015. The weather dudes predicted rain switching over to snow. Oscar and I did one of our lane walkies a little after 11 and it was beginning to rain then but had kind of an icy sound to it. Not the normal water hitting grass (albeit it dormant) sound. I walked him around outside around 1 pm but just the periphery of the car port and front walk because it was raining but not snowing yet. Here's Lily a couple weeks ago all dr...

Life, quilts and a cat too. Add a dog into the mix and see what happens! May 1, 2015. What gorgeous weather we are having! Some have said this is our Blackberry winter and it has been cooler at night, down in the mid 40's or so. Highs in the 60's and low 70's and little humidity. Love it! The honeysuckle is in bloom and my sinus tracts hate that but boy, does it smell good. The week has been flying by again and I've been keeping busy. Monday this is what happened- -. Wednesday was laundry, errands and gu...

Life, quilts and a cat too. Add a dog into the mix and see what happens! Nov 11, 2013. My next hop entry is finally quilted and I am down to the hand work part for binding, label and sleeve. Woohoo there! Now that I have breathing room, I though I would go ahead and post the photos/tutorial for that little trick or treat bag/envelope purse I made for the Wicked #3 hop. Okay with that out of the way- - this is how I did it. Select two fabrics for the body of the bag and something contrasting for the bindi...
